NCO Financial never seems to learn it’s lessons. The were fined by by the FTC $1,500,000.00 but continue with their same old tricks. They will try to intimidate consumers with various tactics. One of their favorite ones is when you question them about an alleged debt that they are trying to collect on, they get real snotty.
